NetiyaPath helps you think through which small business could suit you. You answer a questionnaire about your goals, budget, time, skills and preferences. We compare your answers with information we hold about business types and show you a free result: what appears to fit, what needs caution, and what is still not known.

You can also buy a Personalised Business Report, which goes deeper into the result you were shown.

• The report costs US$29 as a one-off payment. It is not a subscription, and you will not be charged again.
• The report is built on the result you saw before paying. That result is locked at checkout: we do not re-match you or swap in a different recommendation after you pay.
• It combines your own answers with researched evidence about the business, and sets out the economics, practical and regulatory barriers, risks, a route to first customers and a 12-week starting plan. Where evidence is limited or missing, the report says so rather than guessing.
• Parts of the report’s written commentary are drafted with the help of an AI model, working only from the facts we have assembled for your report. See our Privacy Policy for what this involves.
• Your report is available online through its private link, with a PDF download. It is usually ready within a few minutes of payment.
• Personalised reports are not available for every result. When one isn’t available, we tell you on your result rather than offering checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. We do not see or store your full card details. Your purchase is confirmed when Stripe confirms the payment to us.

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase. How refunds work is set out in our Refund Policy.

• NetiyaPath gives general, educational guidance to help you decide what to look into next. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
• We do not guarantee that any business will succeed, earn a particular income, or suit you. Your results depend on many things we cannot know or control.
• Evidence and circumstances change. Costs, prices, demand and rules can differ by location and over time, and may have changed since our research was done.
• Licensing, permits, qualifications, insurance and other legal requirements must be confirmed with the relevant authorities before you act. Where we describe requirements, treat them as a starting point for that check.
• Decisions you make — including spending money or starting a business — are your own.

Please answer the questionnaire honestly; the result can only be as good as the answers. Your result and report are reached through private links. Anyone who has a link can open it, so keep your links to yourself unless you choose to share them.

Please don’t misuse NetiyaPath. In particular, don’t:

• try to access results, reports or areas of the site that aren’t yours or aren’t public;
• interfere with, overload or probe the security of the service;
• scrape or copy the service or its content in bulk, or use it to build a competing product;
• use NetiyaPath for anything unlawful, or submit content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.

NetiyaPath’s website, questionnaire, written content, design and reports are ours or our licensors’. You may use your free result and your report for your own personal and business planning, and share them as you choose. Sources we cite belong to their owners.

We work to keep NetiyaPath available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or stop parts of the service. Reports you have already bought remain available through their links.

NetiyaPath is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from decisions you make based on our guidance, and our total responsibility to you in connection with a report is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the law of New Zealand.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the place where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or changed.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you bought a report continue to apply to that purchase.
